J. William (Bill) DeVille - Chief Executive Officer
Bill DeVille has over thirty years experience in human capital management in the healthcare industry. Prior to forming Health Carousel, he was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Health Personnel Options (a $120 million nursing and allied travel staffing company, acquired by On Assignment) and Managing Partner at R.E. Lowe Associates. Bill DeVille has a Master of Business Administration from Ohio State University (Columbus, OH) and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio State University (Columbus, OH). 

Lawrence (Lair) T. Kennedy, Jr. - Chief Financial Officer
Lair Kennedy has thirteen years of experience in a variety of industries including healthcare staffing, investment banking and private equity, with a depth of knowledge in finance, law, and mergers/acquisitions. Prior to forming Health Carousel, he was a Managing Director at Castellini Management Company (a Cincinnati based diversified holding company and managing partner of the Cincinnati Reds) and an Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. Lair Kennedy has a Master of Business Administration from Duke University (Durham, NC) and a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University (Hamilton, NY). 

Theodore (Ty) R. Nelson - Executive Vice President of Operations
Ty Nelson has fifteen years of experience in a variety of industries including healthcare staffing, management consulting, and software. While a Healthcare Consulting Manager at Deloitte Consulting, he provided consulting services to large academic medical centers and medical schools. Ty Nelson has a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA) and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University (Princeton, NJ). 

Steve D. Albert - Director of Program Development
Steve Albert has twenty years of experience in professional services. Prior to joining GSA, he was the Lead Practice Development Attorney at Hammond Law Group (Cincinnati-based immigration law firm) and a Partner at Grant Thornton (a global public accounting and management consulting firm). Steve Albert has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin (Madison, WI) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin (Madison, WI).

Connie dela Cruz — President, Health Carousel Philippines
Connie dela Cruz has 6 years of experience in business and project management, and 4 years in curriculum development. Prior to joining GSA Philippines, she worked as a Project Development Officer at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for Information Technology Education, Graduate Education and Distance Education. Connie dela Cruz has 28 units in Masters of Economics from Ateneo de Manila University (Manila, Philippines, 1994) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colegio de San Juan de Letran (Manila, Philippines).

Nyra Colinares, RN — Vice President, Health Carousel Philippines
Nyra Colinares has 2 years of experience in clinical nursing and 4 years in curriculum development and project management. Prior to joining GSA Philippines, she worked as Project Development Officer for Health Profession Education at Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in the Philippines. Nyra Colinares has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Biology from DeLa Salle University (Philippines) and University of the Philippines (Philippines) respectively.

Joyce Lorman, OTR — Director of International Recruitment
Joyce has been involved in international nurse recruitment for more than 12 years. She joined the Health Carousel team after her company AGH nursing was acquired by Health Carousel in 2007. She specialized in the sourcing, screening, and testing of international candidates in the UK, Ireland, parts of Africa, and Canada. 

Director of Clinical Support — Bonnie Fancher
Bonnie Fancher provides both clinical and staffing industry experience to the Health Carousel team. Bonnie served as a staff nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati and then as the Director of Patient Care Services for Deaconess Hospital, Cincinnati for two years. She then began her staffing industry career as the Area Director of Ohio and Kentucky for the national staffing firm Nursefinders. For the past two years she has served as Director of Clinical Support for Health Carousel.

Lana Wolfe — Director of Fulfillment Support
Lana Wolfe provides Health Carousel with 27 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry including quality assurance, operations management, customer service management, computer systems education, reimbursement, and medical case management. Lana served as the quality control manager for On Assignment Healthcare Staffing, where she managed employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and communications for the Quality Control Division. Her healthcare staffing experience also includes employment as a staffing consultant for NationStaff, Inc, where she was responsible for hiring and placement of all types of medical personnel for temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent positions. Today, Lana oversees the licensing, screening, training and testing, of our international and domestic nurses and allied professionals. 

Pauline Taglialavore Johnson, PhD, RN — Director of Workforce Solutions Development and Advisor
Dr. Johnson is the Director of Workforce Solutions Development for GSA and a Professor Emeritus at Baylor University. She retired from Baylor in May 2005 after serving for 13 years as the Director of the Graduate Program in Nursing at the Baylor University Louise Herrington School of Nursing.
