Brian LeCount is Chief Marketing Officer & VP of Digital Travel Nursing at Health Carousel. He leads Health Carousel’s multi-brand marketing and digital travel nursing initiatives, including setting the strategic direction for promotion and advertising, coordination with sales, hiring, and direction of day-to-day activities of the internal marketing team. Brian has helped companies, clients, and brands discover what’s proven, what’s new, and what’s next in marketing for over 20 years.
Prior to joining Health Carousel, Brian led digital strategy and brand planning for Grey, a global advertising agency. He also served as a senior executive leader at Grey Consulting, launched in 2019 to deliver world-class business and operational consulting services to global enterprises. Brian has delivered executive-level strategic counsel, digital thinking, ecosystem expertise, and activation guidance for multi-billion dollar global brands, including Gillette, Febreze, Smucker’s, McCormick, ConAgra, Invesco, Pfizer, Essilor and more. He has led benchmark-beating initiatives across nearly every digital channel - content, media, web, mobile, social media, experiential, CRM, eCommerce, and shopper marketing. As a trusted strategic advisor, account planner, client leader, and former ad agency owner, Brian’s efforts have helped market-leading B2C and B2B brands outperform competitors in technology, healthcare, professional services, and CPG.
Brian graduated from the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. An entrepreneur at heart with at least 1 startup idea always in the works, Brian has served as a consultant and mentor to incoming accelerator classes at the Brandery for many years. He is also an active board member for go Vibrant, a local nonprofit focused on making an active, energetic lifestyle irresistible.
Brian lives in Cincinnati with his wife of 15 years (Jennifer), 3 children (Noah, Jack, and Bella) and 2 golden retrievers (Winston and Willow).
