John Sebastian is Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Travel Nursing at Health Carousel, and his passion is driving breakthrough growth. John has a career with broad business leadership and marketing experience, leading brand portfolios from $100 million to $1.6 billion across multiple industries, ranging from health and beauty to industrial sales. He is an award-winning marketer and digital/e-commerce native, building successful brands like Old Spice and Febreze. He also has significant sales experience, leading sales organizations that work with top retailers, distributors, and healthcare customers.
Before joining Health Carousel, John served as Vice President and General Manager at Newell Brands and in a variety of leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, including head of marketing and business strategy for P&G’s personal care category. He also led P&G’s Walmart Sam’s Club Customer Team across their health, beauty and baby portfolio. John started his career as a consultant at Accenture, leading a variety of projects focused on process improvement and strategy development.
John graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in accounting and earned an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephan M. Ross School of Business.
