Health Carousel’s Cincinnati & Dayton Offices Named Best Places to Work Finalists for 2022

Health Carousel was named a finalist in The Cincinnati Business Courier’s 2022 Best Places to Work and in the Dayton Business Journal’s Best Places To Work awards.  This awards program recognizes companies and organizations in Greater Cincinnati & Dayton that are setting the bar for how to keep employees happy and engaged.

This is Health Carousel’s 6th year as a Cincinnati Business Courier Best Places to Work Finalist and our 4th year in a row in Cincinnati, and the 6th year in a row in Dayton’s program!

“Consistently being recognized as a BPTW finalist, is an outcome of our employee’s belief that their work has a higher purpose to ensure every patient has access to a qualified healthcare professional when and where they need one,” said Erik Schumann, COO of Health Carousel.

These wins come directly from externally-managed survey data from our Dayton & Cincinnati employees, reflecting their experience working for Health Carousel.

“What I love about this recognition is it comes from the employees themselves,” said John Sebastian, CEO of Health Carousel. “One of the things we hear from them is that our Company’s purpose “Improve Lives and Make Healthcare Work Better” is an important part of what makes Health Carousel a great place to work because the work we do makes such a difference in people’s lives”

Here are some of the team’s responses about working for Health Carousel:

I love how I am encouraged to grow professionally in my role and area of specialty, and paths are actively made for me to continue to grow according to my performance. I believe there are many avenues to pursue within my area of interest here, and I believe I would be supported and celebrated in my decision to pursue those avenues.”
“I am inspired working here when I see the impact we have on the HCPs when they first arrive in the US. This is a very strong feeling when you go on an arrival and you can literally see the amazement in their eyes to see their new home. We set them up for success in ways that are big and small to create an overall ideal situation for our HCPs.”

Any company that can make me feel like a valued member of the team from day 1 is a company that I don't want to let down and will then go the extra mile to prove the chance they took on me was worth it.”
