As a key member of the senior leadership team, she introduced a collaborative business partner model to HR and implemented an employee engagement strategy to significantly enhance employee satisfaction. Before that, Marijke built a successful career with Procter and Gamble, beginning with a series of strategic leadership roles in sales, sales management, operations and planning. Marijke served as business partner to two general managers in the $3 billion North American beauty sector, leading numerous initiatives that increased employee satisfaction 70 percent in one year.
