Health Carousel Honored as a Healthiest Employer in Ohio & Texas

Health Carousel is proud to announce that we are 2021 Finalists for the Healthiest Employers of Ohio and Texas. Each year, the Healthiest Employers® awards program honors the best and brightest in workplace wellness.

Award applicants were evaluated across six key categories: Culture and Leadership, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions, and Reporting and Analytics. Completed assessments were ranked with the proprietary Healthiest Employers® Index, a 1-100 rubric for wellness programming. The survey is scored and powered by Springbuk, a health intelligence platform that simplifies data-driven decision-making with an intuitive user experience, predictive modeling, and curated action steps.  Health Carousel's well-being program encompasses the whole person, empowering each employee to Achieve MORE and Live MORE in every aspect of their lives including their professional, financial, physical health, and social well-being.

“I feel fortunate to lead the benefits team for Health Carousel, a company that places a high value on employee well-being. As part of our goal to be one of the Best Places to Work, we strive to meet the needs of our employees through our benefit programs. This past year we partnered with United Healthcare to offer the Real Appeal program to encourage the development of a healthy lifestyle and Chard Snyder to offer an employee dependent care FSA. In the coming year, we are adding a fully paid benefit called Homethrive to support our employees that also serve in the role of caregiver to a family member or loved one. Additionally, we are adding a hospital indemnity program to further strengthen our offering of voluntary employee benefits.” - Tom Herbort, VP of Compensation, Benefits & Risk Management at Health Carousel

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila! -- John Doe, CEO of Rich Text Element Inc.

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
