The Cincinnati Business Courier has announced the finalists for the 2020 Fast55 program, a recognition for the fastest-growing private companies in the Greater Cincinnati region, and Health Carousel has been named a finalist for the fifth year in a row! The 2020 awards recognize companies for their percentage of revenue growth from 2017-2019 in five different revenue categories. Our consistent growth is a reflection of our commitment to our higher purpose to improve lives and make healthcare work better. Our leadership team is grateful for our best-in-class internal staff members that dedicate their careers to meeting the needs of our healthcare client organizations, our clinical staff members, and the patients they serve. We are also grateful for our continuing partnership with the healthcare client organizations that put their trust in Health Carousel to address their workforce challenges and the high caliber healthcare providers that chose to bring their talents to our company.
Health Carousel is a social enterprise with a dual social mission and business mission. We do well as a company by doing good work for others. We measure our results using a “dual bottom line” approach that calculates the number of patients served, not just our financial growth. In 2019, we built careers, saved lives, and served more than 1.3 million patients across the country. After a recent Fast55 win in 2018, Health Carousel has worked hard to achieve our high-set goals for continuous growth. The company was also recognized as a finalist in 2016, 2017 and 2019.
This recognition follows a prolific year for Health Carousel, including an international DAISY Award partnership to recognize international nurses, being named a finalist in the Dayton Business Journal's Best Places to Work, and recognition for Health Carousel's CEO, Bill DeVille, who was honored in the Staffing 100, an annual list from Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) celebrating 100 notable individuals whose impact on the workforce solutions ecosystem elevates the industry and drives its evolution.
